Good On'ya
June 1st 2009 08:30
Onya launched last night amongst shelves of books, magazines and memorabilia at Mag Nation on Elizabeth Street. In this befitting space crowded family, friends and those from the publishing industry, lending their support to Australia’s newest online publication
Onya celebrates all things Australian with its content rich in fashion, entertainment, science, sports, politics, film and the arts. Its successful Contributors include lifestyle journo and Editor of Style Melbourne, Sarah Willcocks; dreamer of shoes...and political researcher, Jonathan Howcroft; and Sydney-based aspiring documentary film maker, Beth Wilson
Editor In Chief, Sandi Tighello has demonstrated a passion in writing through her involvement with Mink Potential magazine as well as being a devout blogger and columnist. Sandi’s hopes for Onya are high and many and with such an inspirational team behind her, we can only watch this new mag grow!
True-blue and pardon the pun, Lamingtons, Bega Cheeses and Vegemite tartlets were served with Annies Lane Wines and thanks to some proud Aussie Sponsors, gift bags included goodies from beauty lines such as Sanctum, Aura, Franc, Mirenesse and Ripe maternity-wear
