Hosted by the uproarious Miss Man, the recent star on Australia’s Got Talent, the Suitably Laced cabaret was a sell out at Opium Den in Collingwood. If you’re a fan of women in lingerie and the ‘pin-up girl’ era, think Betty Boop cross Ms Betty Davis, Suitably Laced is the cover you’ve been dreaming about. Mixing their fabulous looks, dramatic performance and sensational singing abilities with some of the most notorious melodies of the forties through to the 80s, Suitably Laced had the audience on the edge of their seats! For a little extra something special, Doll House – another new all-female act, and Sam G were guest performances on the stage.
